Solution Delivery & Engineering Administrator

Major Responsibilities:

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures that delivery of technology solutions and managing engineering processes within the organization. The incumbent will have experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), .NET development, or RPG, along with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. The incumbent must fully comply with the Bank’s Security Policies as outlined in its Security Policy Manual and the Bank’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.  In addition, the position holder is required to uphold the Bank’s Customer Service Standards and Code of Ethics at all times. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


- Assist in the delivery of technology solutions by providing administrative support to solution delivery teams.

- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and preparing project documentation.

-Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and engineers to understand project requirements and timelines.

-Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions to automate business processes.

-Assist in the development and maintenance of .NET applications or RPG programs as needed.

-Monitor and report on the progress of solution delivery projects, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.

-Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users as needed.

-Maintain documentation related to solution delivery processes, including requirements, designs, and test plans.

-Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in solution delivery and engineering.

-Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and technologies to support solution delivery efforts.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solution delivery activities with business goals and objectives.

-Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Knowledge & Skill Set
The incumbent must demonstrate the following knowledge & skills.  

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Platform, or Blue Prism.
  • Proficiency in .NET development or RPG programming languages.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications in RPA, .NET development, or RPG programming are desirable.
