Under the general direction of the CEO, the Director of Finance is responsible for the financial health of Hope Alliance. This position will oversee all financial reporting,budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance requirements. The Director will process payroll with the assistance of Human Resources, maintain the general ledger, reconcile all balance sheet accounts, and assist the Director of Grants with financial grant reporting required of government and non-government grantors. The Director of Finance is required to understand and internalize respect for Hope Alliance’s philosophy, mission, and values.
